The location is decent, and there are enough facilities to keep children entertained. Still, the service was absolutely poor. There was never anyone at reception, so I’m not sure how to reach management when something goes wrong. Our room had several problems and damage, which we noted down, but no one was available to tell. Then management tried to charge us for damage left by previous occupants. I would have rated the room a little better if they hadn't done that. It's unfortunate this place is run so badly.

There’s plenty of outdoor space, a nice playground, and the beach is just a 10 min walk away. It’s a pleasant place to spend some time. Reserving a parking spot on the grounds is advisable, though it costs extra. The resort has separate apartments in different sizes, with a modern, spacious feel. Some rooms are quite compact and can feel cramped on a rainy day. The furniture has seen better days.

After two days of exploring Belgium and the Netherlands on a last-minute road trip, this was a great place to come back to and recharge. The room was just right for us, with clean linen, a clean bathroom, and all the comforts we needed, plus a bit more. We only used it as a base, but I’d happily stay again, explore more of the area, and enjoy the coast in summer.

The welcome and explanation when we arrived were nice, and the place was clean. We booked at the last minute after seeing how spacious it looked. The room was fine, but the photos showed a large window looking onto a terrace and grass. Instead, there was a window and a door to the terrace with a view of the parking area, which was disappointing. The bathroom was the biggest letdown: once the door was closed, there was hardly room to move, and the sink was too big for the small space. They should also do more to stop guests from leaving cigarette butts on the ground, in the grass, and in the children's sandbox.
