The room itself was lovely, with nothing wrong to report there. The check-out mix-up, though, cost us some holiday relaxation. At 10:05 on our departure day, we got a call asking why we hadn't checked out. We thought we had until 18:00, since that time appeared on both the website and our booking confirmation. We were told check-out had to be before 10:00, with no room for discussion. Apparently others had raised the same issue before, but the site still hasn't been corrected. We booked through their website, which listed check-in at 16:00 and check-out at 18:00.

There were nice restaurants and lunch spots just around the corner, and the view from our room was beautiful. We were given a very warm welcome to a super luxurious room on the 8th floor, with all the trimmings. Thanks for a fantastic stay!
