Melrose 'Puur Logies'

The concierge was very friendly, and the room had all the facilities.

Everything we needed was there, and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment-style room was comfortable and spotless, with a great bed, a quiet atmosphere, and a lovely terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. It also had a small kitchenette, fridge, and microwave. We arrived at 8:30 pm after reception had closed, but everything was ready, and the email explained it all clearly so we could settle in comfortably.

It was a quiet, warm, welcoming place, just two streets from the beach. Our room was very spacious, with its own access to the garden and terrace, and we had no complaints about cleanliness. Being able to bring pets was a big plus for us. The only small issue was how breakfast was handled. We were told it was included and would be served in the room on the first day, but for the following morning it had already been left in the room at 2 PM when we checked in.

For the same price, I could have booked a room with a 4-star hotel chain, and it wouldn't even have been comparable. This place is listed as a 3-star hotel, but it didn't feel like a hotel at all. I was deeply disappointed by how old and outdated everything was. The beds don't even fit their frames.
