10/10
This is a hotel designed for people with disabilities, with wheelchair access throughout the corridors and rooms. Some of the very friendly staff also have disabilities. That can call for a little patience from guests, but the service is perfect: everyone is very helpful and kind, and everything runs smoothly. The initiative also helps prepare staff for work in the regular hotel market. It's an absolutely great place.

I loved the hotel. We hadn't realised at first that it was designed for people with disabilities, and the size of the rooms and the facilities impressed us. It was also refreshing to be surrounded by staff and guests who smiled at strangers.

A wonderful concept, making sure everyone is included, from able-bodied guests to wheelchair users. Our room was clean and spacious, the beds were really comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful. I'd definitely stay again.
