I left very disappointed. A staff member treated me in a racist, deeply disrespectful way, and it made me feel unwelcome. No guest should be treated or discriminated against like that. I hope management takes this seriously and acts on it. I can't recommend the hotel.

The room was unpleasant, with spiders and their webs already there. Those webs couldn't have been made in just a few hours.
