The tram stop is right at the door, which was the only good part. The room was dirty, with holes in the wall and bathroom door, and the sheets weren't clean. You could hear everything through the walls. The staff seemed completely unconcerned. As a woman, I didn't feel safe here and definitely wouldn't recommend staying.

The rooms get really hot in summer, mosquitoes are everywhere, and the soundproofing is so poor you can hear someone snoring next door. The friendly staff were a bright spot, and the tram stop right outside makes getting to the city centre easy. I used to accept the mediocre rooms because the price was low and breakfast was good, but neither is true anymore, so I've dropped my rating from four stars to three.

I wouldn't advise anyone to book Hotel Bristol. It was the worst experience a person could have.

There were bugs and hairs in the bed, and the place was really dirty and smelly. Go somewhere else!
