We lost the heating and hot water halfway through our stay, right in the bitter cold. The owner said he couldn't do anything because it was the weekend, but making sure the gas tank is full before guests arrive is his responsibility. He offered to refund 50% of what we paid, then stopped answering our calls after we left. Everything else had been fine, and it seemed like a great place to stay. But heat and hot water are basic needs, so be careful about booking here.

We paid €1400 for a weekend and ended up with no working heater and no hot water for a shower in winter 😵💫. He said he’d compensate us, but I never received anything!!! 👎

We rented it for two nights for eight people. The location was good, but the interior felt old, with the sofas and other seating badly sagging. For a day we had neither heating nor hot water because the gas ran out. How does that happen? The owner was anything but considerate, and came across as creepy.

There were four of us, and we had a great time in this beautiful, spacious, luxurious holiday home. It has loads of amenities, including a pool, pool table, cinema and sauna, plus great Wi-Fi. A few small things were broken, like some lights and a cue, and some doors were hard to close, but they didn't spoil our stay. There are lovely hiking trails and plenty to do outdoors in the area.
