We couldn't shower properly all weekend because the water kept switching between scalding hot and freezing cold. We reported it, but nobody came to fix it and there was no compensation. A terrible experience.

The room was nothing special but adequate: clean, with decent bedding and facilities for making tea and coffee. The TV and bathroom heater didn't work, and the shower leaked. Those weren't major issues, but the noise from a whole group of neighbors was awful, with talking, laughing, and music going on all night until nearly 7:00 AM. The premises have video surveillance, but there's no reception. It was the worst night I've had in a hotel so far. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I can't recommend this place.

The place was very clean, and the staff were very helpful.
