Bô Rivage Hotel

We had a problem with our car, and the reception manager really went out of his way to help us. The rooms are clean, with a nice balcony and view. On a hot summer day, the lake is lovely for a swim, and breakfast is really good, especially the coffee.

Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a great variety. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. The room was generally comfortable, though the tile floor felt less cozy than carpet or a warmer material might have. The sealant in the kitchen and bathroom could use a clean or replacement, and the WiFi in room 11 was very weak, just one bar, so connecting my phone was difficult. The parking lot is spacious and convenient, but anyone can access it, so I think a gate or fence would make it more secure. I had a pleasant stay overall and would still recommend the hotel for its service and breakfast.

After walking around the lake, we wanted to treat ourselves to a nice lunch. The owners chased us off the parking lot, saying we couldn't leave our car there if we walked around the lake before or after lunch. The lot was empty apart from three cars.

We’ve stayed here three times now, over about seven years. It’s an ideal place to stop over, and the staff are very helpful. Service is good.
