We felt very welcome in the self-catering cottage. The kitchen had an oven and dishwasher, and the accommodation was more than adequate. The grandchildren loved the play area, and so did we!

A good breakfast in the morning and friendly staff made for a nice stay. The room was spacious, and our section had an elevator. A great spot for an overnight stop.

Right in the village center, with excellent, roomy hotel rooms. We had a great meal in this cozy restaurant. They prepare vegetarian dishes on request, which is one of the things that makes the place stand out.

Breakfast is served at De Lanterfanter, the restaurant across the street, 50m from the accommodation. It’s a table buffet with everything you need to start the day, and having breakfast there keeps the rooms nice and quiet. The restaurant also has an extensive menu, and the food is excellent. There’s a spacious shared kitchen downstairs by the rooms if you want to prepare your own meals during the day. The rooms are clean and very well maintained. The hostess welcomed us personally, and the whole team was friendly and helpful. There’s free parking at the B&B, and we could store our bikes indoors. Bikes can also be rented there, and our dog was welcome. The beach is 6km away and easy to reach safely by bike. One thing to keep in mind when booking: the stairs to the attic rooms are quite steep, as the website mentions. If that’s difficult for you, you could ask for a downstairs room. You deserve a top score 😉
