Kustpark Nieuwpoort

There's an older woman at the toilets making money for herself. Use of the toilets and showers at the campsite is paid, but she keeps the money she receives in her own pockets instead of putting it in the cash register. She's very rude. I've never experienced anything like it before!

The swimming pool is free to use, which is good, and we used to enjoy coming here. But sadly, we won't be back. It feels like almost everything children enjoy is forbidden. You'd better not talk after 22 Uhr either, or the operators, who live in the park, will get very upset the next day. They won't even let you use the luggage trolley for five metres to take camping things to your pitch. The worst part is the rule for a house rented for six people: if you arrive in two cars, they won't let you drive in to unload or load. You can park free outside the campsite, which is great, but then you have to carry everything from the car to the houses for about 10 to 15 minutes each way. The woman and man weren't very friendly, always seemed in a bad mood, and seemed to look for mistakes or things to complain about. Sorry, but not next time.

There were ants all over, in the kitchen and living area as well as the rooms, even though everything looks tidy at first. The bungalow section manager was very unpleasant too. Her communication was rude and aggressive, and in my opinion, improper. I understand holiday parks need rules, but there's no need to ruin visitors' experience with them. I won't be coming back, thanks to Dutch unfriendliness.

The accommodation itself was fine, and reception was friendly. The bungalow section manager, though, was terrible: rude and very disrespectful. She calls it Dutch directness, but that isn't directness, it's rudeness.
