Everything was easy and well done, and the place was one of the cleanest and tidiest I’ve ever visited. The owner Pavel was a cool guy and gave us tips on what to do. Great!

The place didn’t look like it did in the pictures.

The apartment is on the ground floor, facing the street, with an interior balcony. It’s bright, quiet and very spacious, with a modern bathroom and kitchen, Wi-Fi, and everything we needed. The location is ideal: seven minutes to the beach, six to the tram, five to shops, and two to a parking lot that costs €1 per day. There’s no washing machine, so laundry facilities are needed. The toilet is off the hallway and separate from a window overlooking our apartment, and the range hood was broken.

The mold and stuffiness made the basement apartment impossible to sleep in. We had booked a place with a terrace, but the owner gave us a key to this apartment and disappeared after a minute, refusing to hear that it wasn't what we reserved. The rudeness was so blatant that I wouldn't give it a single star.
