Best Western Prado

We came with Edwards Coaches on 1 December and would definitely return. Hotel Prado is well run, with friendly, helpful staff, a good breakfast and big, comfortable beds. The rooms are a nice size. It's not a large hotel, and its location is great, close to the Casino and a tram pickup point. Merry Christmas to all the Hotel Prado staff. Thank you.

For the price, everything was perfect. The hotel was super clean, the staff were super nice, and our room was clean and big enough. There was nothing negative about our stay. We loved it, a 10/10 experience.

We stayed overnight for a Glenn Miller Orchestra concert at the casino, and the five-minute walk there was so convenient. The hotel looks old, but it's perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was average. I'd recommend staying here because it's near both the casino and the sea.

The staff were nice, and being close to the beach and city centre was a plus. Still, I was very disappointed and can't understand all the good ratings. I don't expect luxury in an economy room, but I do expect it to be clean and usable. Ours was filthy and old, with dirt marks all over the walls, and the shower water pressure was extremely weak. During the couple of days we stayed, nobody vacuumed the room. The card key failed twice and reception had to fix it. For that price, you can find somewhere else in Oostende.
