City Partner Hotel Ter Streep

Everything else was good, but the road-facing room had almost no sound insulation. Outside noise came through loud and clear all night, from cars to people talking, and it felt like sleeping right on the street. I got only 2-3 hours of sleep. The hotel really needs to upgrade its windows.

The breakfast was decent and the location convenient, but the cramped room and poor service made my stay at Hotel Ter Streep a bad experience. I booked the "Cosy" room, and it was ridiculously small. The website hadn't made that clear. There was barely room to move in the bathroom, and the rooms felt very old and weren't very clean. On Saturday morning, a woman who said she was the hotel manager spoke to us in an arrogant, rude way. She showed no interest in helping with our concerns. That treatment alone would put me off returning. The bar was gloomy enough to feel like a place for a wake. I wouldn't recommend Hotel Ter Streep. The room was uncomfortable and the service was terrible. Surely there are better places nearby.

Breakfast was delicious, with loads to choose from, and the staff were friendly. We had the smallest rooms in the hotel and didn't complain :) The stay was very pleasant, with no unpleasant moments. I think the price matches the standard. If you just need somewhere to stay, I can recommend this hotel without hesitation!

We had a lovely stay. The beach is close by, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
