The woman at reception was so kind. I’d accidentally brought the wrong charger, and she lent me the correct cable, which was a big help. The small studio was pleasant and comfortable, with a practical kitchen, a clean, well-finished bathroom, and a good bedroom. Everything was simple and worked well, so I had a very enjoyable stay.

We were travelling as two wheelchair users and could rely on Peggi throughout our stay. She helped with our luggage, brought us a luggage cart, assisted us as we left the room, and guided us through the hotel to the parking area. She even helped load everything into the car. Her kindness, empathy, and willingness to help were remarkable. People like her are rare, and we truly appreciate it. The reception staff were also kind and helpful at every step. Housekeeping was excellent, and special thanks to Peggi. Highly recommended!

After missing my train, I was pretty stressed, so finding an affordable room for one night and getting the booking sorted was a relief. I checked in at 11pm with help from reception over the phone, which was very useful. For the price, the room had a lot: a bed, sofa beds, a TV, a mini kitchen for cooking, body wash and shampoo. There was a good amount of space, too.

You could tell the previous guest had smoked in the room. I asked in the chat if I could move to another room, and someone replied much later to say they’d look into it. They only gave me a spray, and that didn’t fix the issue.

Everything was tidy and clean, with all the necessities in place. The room felt cosy, and I had a wonderful stay :)
