The reception lady was lovely, and the staff were attentive and did their best to make us happy. The location is amazing too. But the hotel itself really wasn’t great. The reception area was a huge mess, looking like office space, a laundry room and storage all at once. There was a really strange smell, like a mix of mould, bug spray and bleach, and I think something may be wrong with the drains because it smelled horrible. My eyes were burning from the chemical fumes as I walked through. I thought people should know, so they can be prepared if they stay.

The owner was friendly and the room was good. Breakfast isn’t included, but the center is close by if you want to grab something to eat.

We’d been stuck in traffic for ages and couldn’t continue our journey, so we really needed somewhere to sleep. This place was still not okay. The towels had stains, there was mold in the shower, the beds sagged and the cabinets were broken. I could go on. The staff weren’t friendly at all, apart from one older man who was okay.

It’s cheap and in a good location, sure, but that’s all it has going for it. Avoid it.
