We’ve stayed here twice, once last year and again this year, and will probably be back next year. The caring, lovely staff and their personalities made it a great experience. My children really enjoyed the stay. It was clean, very close to the beach, and within walking distance of everywhere in the city center. One useful thing to know: this hotel has bathtubs. Not all hotels in Ostend do, so if you need one like we do, I recommend it. The staff were caring and friendly, and we found everything perfect.

We came with Edwards Coaches on 1 December and will definitely come back. It’s a small but well-run hotel, with nice-sized rooms, big comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff, and a good breakfast. The location is great, near the Casino and the tram pick up point. Merry Christmas to all Hotel Prado Staff. ThankYou.

For the price, everything was perfect. The hotel was super clean, the staff were super nice, and our room was clean and big enough. There was nothing negative about our stay. We loved it a lot, a 10/10 experience that couldn’t have been better.

We stayed overnight for a Glenn Miller Orchestra concert at the casino, and being able to walk there in five minutes was so convenient. The hotel looks old, but it’s perfectly clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was average. I recommend it because it’s close to both the casino and the sea.

The beach and city center are nearby, and the staff were nice, but at that price you can find something else in Oostende. I was very disappointed and can’t understand the good ratings. I don’t expect luxury in an economy-class room, but I do expect it to be clean and usable. Our room was filthy and old, with dirt marks all over the walls. The shower water was extremely weak, and the room wasn’t vacuumed during the couple of days we stayed. The card key stopped working twice and reception had to fix it.
