The beach is spacious and quiet, and Ostend is close by, either a few minutes by car or a pleasant walk along the boulevard. We had a wonderful few days at Hygge Holiday Home, a lovely, charming house near the beach and sea.

We had a fantastic weekend at Hygge! It’s a super cozy holiday home, very clean and well equipped, with everything we needed and then some. The location is great, right by the beach and tram.

We spent Easter weekend at the Hygge holiday home and had a fantastic time. It’s a spotless historic building with every comfort, and there’s a supermarket within walking distance. WiFi and TV were excellent. Getting the sauna going with the wood stove took some figuring out, but we managed. It’s a shame there isn’t an outdoor shower yet. We’ll be back!
