We'd recommend the house. It's about 500 meters from the beach and coastal train, and you can get to the town center and marina, roughly 4 km away, on foot along the beach or by coastal train. The house is large and comfortably fits 6 people. It's set up for 8, though the double room is in the attic and can only be reached by a narrow ladder.

The pool room and adjoining sauna area are a nice extra, and the place is spacious enough for 8 adults and 1 child. The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area are modern, and the location is great. A couple of small downsides: the upstairs wooden parquet floors creak loudly, so everyone can hear everyone else, and the ground-floor toilet has poor acoustic insulation. Still, definitely recommended!

The location and accommodation were excellent. We found the sauna shower wasn't working during our stay, so we didn't use it. After we reported the issue by phone while we were there, we were charged €190. This should have been done before use. Future renters, take that as advice.
