We chose this place after seeing it on the Belgian TV show “Met vier in bed”, and it was even better than we'd expected. The staff were all welcoming and friendly, and breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices that were fresh and tasty. It's very close to the train station, and the beachfront is less than a 15-minute walk away. There aren't parking spaces, but you can use nearby parking, including some free options, so look into where to park before arriving. If you don't mind walking around Ostend, you should stay here.

The desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I got useful parking advice on the way in. The clerk told me about a nearby garage for 25 Euro a day, or a free spot a couple of blocks up. That saved me a significant amount during my business trip. This is a very nice, brand new hotel in a new complex. My room was exceptionally comfortable, with the large soaking tub and shower I'd reserved. The price was reasonable, though there aren't many amenities: no gym, pool, or little shop for late-night knick knacks. I didn't pay for breakfast, but walked through the breakfast room one morning. It's a beautiful, elegant dining room, very well appointed. I asked why they didn't serve dinner there, and the explanation made sense: there are plenty of restaurants in the city, and they felt they couldn't compete. Probably a good choice. If I'm back in town, there's a good chance I'll stay here.

The hotel bar became my favorite place in the evenings, with a great atmosphere and fantastic drinks. Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of tasty choices to start the day. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. You can tell they take care to keep it clean and comfortable. From arrival onward, everything felt well organized and welcoming. The management knows how to run a hotel, and the staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. A flawless stay, really. I couldn't ask for more, and I'll definitely return to Ostend on my next trip. Greetings from Germany!

The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks from the train station, and we had a good stay. Our room was clean and spacious. The fridge wasn't working, sadly, but the friendly staff offered to store our food in the reception fridge and were eager to help.

The cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, great TVs, and station location were all pluses. Luggage storage was handy too. There was a coffee stain on the sheets, dust under the bed, and a noisy fridge. I also would've liked the option of one large mattress instead of twin beds.
