V-Apartments

We enjoyed our stay in the V-Apartments unit, booked for two adults, one younger person, and one minor. It was clean, roomy, and well laid out, with a separate bedroom and everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and getting into the apartment was quick and trouble free. The beach is very close, though we visited in winter, and a Carrefour market is five minutes away on foot. Restaurants are nearby too. A few drawbacks: the towels smelled as if they’d been dried indoors or left there for a long time. The apartment isn’t very close to the train station, which is inconvenient with kids and a pushchair. The toilet room was quite chilly and could use some heat. Heating worked well, but the balcony room cooled down quickly unless we left its door open to let warmth in from the living room. The beds were good, but the foam mattresses are near the end of their life and could use a refurb. There’s no parking, which can also be difficult with kids.
