It’s handy that you can park your bike indoors. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with storage for your helmet and leathers and a heater that’s great for drying gear. The showers are near the parked bikes, while the toilets are down the corridor. There’s a cool bar with outdoor seating. It can get lively when there’s music and a BBQ, but otherwise it’s quiet. BBQ food is great, though the other food is mediocre. You cook all the food yourself.

On the plus side, there’s secure parking for bikes and Stella at the bar is reasonably priced. The accommodation is very basic, with no tea or coffee in the rooms and no breakfast. For a decent breakfast you have to head into Ostend, or get croissants at the village supermarket.

The rooms are basic but clean. There are no toilets in the rooms, they’re down the hall, and the showers are near the motorbike parking. A twin room for one night cost €70, and the all-you-can-eat barbeque was €19 each, well worth it. It’s a great place to stay the night or just stop in for a drink and a bite. If you’re in the area, come have a look.

Lovely place, with basic rooms and beer, but they don’t do breakfast anymore. The food is ready meals you heat up in one of the microwaves, though they also have a barbecue.

If you’re on a bike and in the area, the place is well worth a visit. The owner is friendly, and your bike gets a unique spot to park for the night.
