We were in the area for the Waterloo Reenactment 2025 and needed somewhere comfortable to stay. Cosy B&B was a lucky find. Our room was lovely, the bed comfortable, and breakfast excellent. The hosts were friendly too. It’s on a quiet street, so nights were especially peaceful. We spent the evenings in the garden, watching for bats and drinking wine. Such a lovely stay.

We really appreciated how kind the hosts were, and they gave us useful information about things to see and do nearby, along with suggestions for well regarded local restaurants. The place is very quiet, with a lovely bedroom, all the comfort you need, and a separate bathroom that remains for your private use during the stay. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. Guests can access the place at any time, day or night. A great B&B if you value peace and quiet without being disturbed by other guests.

My first B&B stay turned out to be a wonderful experience. The private room and bathroom were spotless, and Alex and Marina were incredibly kind. They were also very understanding when I had to leave early. 😊 And a big thank you to Chantal too 😉

Marina and Alex made us feel so welcome, and everything was spotless. The room and house were beautiful, the bed was really comfortable, and they’d thought of everything. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade jams. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer. The birthday card was such a lovely touch, I loved it!!!!! THANK YOU!!!! Big hugs from Toño and Sandra.

A very good B&B, with a spacious, comfortable room and bathroom. There was coffee with pods and a minibar stocked with complimentary items. We had plenty of privacy, and the hosts were so kind. Recommended.
