Center Parcs Erperheide

The nature focus gives this centerparcs its own lovely feel. We’ve visited lots of them, and each one has its own charm. Everything here is nicely connected, with loads of outdoor activities, animals to pet, wild expeditions, and a free indoor playground for kids. Aqua Mundo was amazing, with so many pools, hidden caves, the Wildwaterslide, underwater aquariums, and great areas for children. Our rooms were spacious, tidy, and nicely decorated, even in the comfort version. We were two adults and two children, aged 6 and 8, and all of us enjoyed the stay. We’d gladly come back any day. The cottages and food were nice, just as I’m used to. The Aqua and Market Dome didn’t feel as interesting as they have at other parks, though. It’s a nice place, but I’ve been to better ones in Belgium and The Netherlands. I wouldn’t recommend extending a stay. At least when we went, one extra night cost as much as a week.

The indoor play area was spacious and really nice. The chalets were clean and nicely built, though I found the Aqua Mundo a bit too stony and not very comfortable.

We drove over from the UK with our 5 and 2 year old, and this was easily our best holiday. We’ve had plenty of trips abroad, mostly beach holidays, but this one was incredible. There was so much to keep the kids entertained: swimming in the morning, soft play in the afternoon, plus arcade games, bowling, jeep safari, and more. The accommodation was well looked after, and even with all the activities, it never felt stressful. We’ll 100% be back!
