We spent a night at La Grande Cru as part of my birthday celebration. The hotel is in a beautiful area, the rooms were quite clean, and dinner was very nice. Many thanks to Helen and the team for making such an effort to make my birthday dinner more special. Cheers.

After a long travel day, our spotless bedroom and bathroom felt like a real place to rest. Helene gave us clear directions for a great hike along the river, and the hotel has plenty of breakfast options and a lovely dining room overlooking the Ourthe valley. Staff speak many languages, and as a native English speaker I felt welcome and well accommodated. Nearby villages are easy to reach and have lots of dining and shopping choices. Hotel La Grande Cure made for a restful, rejuvenating stay, and I look forward to returning.

The food was easily the best we ate on our trip to Luxemburg, France and Germany, and the hospitality was lovely. It's a real gem, with nice rooms and an excellent restaurant. The location is handy for exploring the area's military museums and battlefields. We didn't try the hot tub or spa. Thanks for looking after us, we'll be back! Oh, and she said yes!

We loved the atmosphere here. The hotel sits somewhere incredibly quiet, with no traffic, cars or noise, which was fantastic. The rooms are nicely decorated, though a bit small and could be bigger. The bathroom was nice too, with a good shower.

This family-run hotel is in a peaceful village, with plenty of pleasant walking routes nearby, and it would be worth visiting in spring when the trees are blooming. The owners work hard and are easy to talk to. The food was excellent, so come hungry for dinner. Great food and location!
