Les Bains De Spa

The wellness area is the most beautiful spa I’ve ever been to. It’s immaculate, peaceful, and feels restorative for both body and mind. The hotel is breathtaking, with elegant design and a serene feel throughout. The personal service was outstanding too. Every detail seemed to be handled with real care, and I felt truly valued as a guest. A wonderful choice if you’re looking for relaxation, beauty, and attentive service.

The spa was clean and wonderfully relaxing, and the reception staff were kind and helpful. We enjoyed the dinner as well, though the service there fell short despite the staff being friendly. It felt like there weren’t enough people working for such a large hotel. The renovation looks nice, and our stay was a positive one overall, but we did notice some shortcomings in how the building and rooms had been renovated.

The restored hotel is beautiful and has hosted illustrious guests in the past. We’d come back, though the main restaurant needs attention, especially the service, breakfast quality, and access from outside. The front office staff were very friendly, but reception was empty when we arrived. The spa reception was also unattended when we got there and when we left.

The hotel is lovely and its wellness area has great facilities and atmosphere. You can tell a lot of care has gone into the place. Our room heating didn’t work, though. After about four hours and several mentions to the staff, it had got so cold that we were thinking of going home. We were told there were no other rooms, but then a luxury room became available and we moved into it, so we stayed. This was about four months ago, and the experience left me disappointed. I’m unlikely to come back anytime soon.
