The people in Torhout were super friendly, and the town felt lively without being overrun by tourists. I was glad to find this small, friendly hotel in the center, not far from Brugges and about an hour from Dunkirk. The rooms are clean and simple, with the usual amenities, including coffee and tea, a TV, and very comfortable mattresses. The staff were friendly and professional, and the brasserie food was good and reasonably priced. The beer was good too. I stayed here before heading to the UK for Christmas.

We had a brilliant one-night stay while cycling through Belgium. The facilities were just what we needed, and the service was kind and thoughtful. What a great find, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The town square has lots to see and do, and the atmosphere and service were amazing. It's a lovely area for walking or biking, and Bruges is nearby if you fancy a real treat 😀

It's in a very central spot, and they pay attention to the little details. Even the cappuccino comes in beautiful ceramic cups. A nice place.

Service was quick, and I finally had a really good steak here in Belgium after ages. Great value for money. I'd recommend the steak and crème brûlée.
