The quiet, private atmosphere at Agora Tournai makes it easy to slow down and switch off, especially for a couple looking for a peaceful break. Comfort and discretion seem to shape the whole place. We look for that kind of care and privacy when we plan wellness time, so Saunadelizia feels like a natural fit.

The service stood out, with Cindy & Laurent and their staff taking care with requests, from arranging spa and wellness services to personalizing the in-room amenities. The suites are spacious and tastefully decorated, with modern comforts alongside classical touches. Large windows bring in natural light and look out over Tournai’s historic Grand Place and nearby Gothic architecture. It’s a lovely setting, and the rooms feel like private retreats.

Breakfast arrived right at the door, and there was plenty of it. The Imperial Suite has elegant decor and all the amenities we needed for a timeless night in the heart of the Grand Place.

We came for one night on Thursday and Friday to celebrate my husband's birthday. The room was lovely and made for a really relaxing stay, and breakfast had lots of variety and plenty to eat. Check-in worked through a code on a tablet, and we had all the information before arriving. There’s an underground garage nearby. One small suggestion for nighttime: a blind would help, since not every window has blackout curtains and the home automation panel stays lit. Thanks for everything, it was a very pleasant stay!

The Urban Loft was perfect for us, from the view and facilities to the service. Such a magical stay, and those thoughtful touches were appreciated. I’ll definitely come back :-) Thank you!
