There was loud noise from nearby bars all night. The decor feels tired, and the customer service was poor.

The staff were fine, but I wouldn't book here. The terrace was littered with cigarette ends, smoke smell clung to the grey curtains, and the carpet was stained. The breakfast room had a damaged floor and no window. Definitely not worth it.

Tournai's main square is a fantastic location, but the rooms, service, cleanliness, and breakfast were all mediocre. I don't usually complain much, but the price felt far too high for what you get.

Nothing fancy and inexpensive, but really clean.

Good value for the money. I'd definitely recommend it.
