Everything about my stay at Hotel Ter Driezen was enjoyable, and I’d gladly recommend it for either business or personal travel. The location is excellent, and the charming house has a wonderfully warm, cozy atmosphere. It’s clearly well run, with a personal touch that makes you feel welcome.

The place has a real at-home feel, thanks especially to the people there. I loved having a cozy tea on the sofa before bed, and playing a little piano was a lovely experience. The bed was super comfortable, and they were very mindful about gluten. Breakfast was amazing too. I’m looking forward to coming back and reading in their garden. Thank you :)

We’ve stayed here several times and enjoyed it every time. It’s a lovely, romantic castle-style hotel run by a wonderful couple. The rooms are clean, with some newly decorated and others vintage and romantic. Breakfast is awesome, and Chocolatier Pas, the well-known chocolate and truffle shop next door, is the cherry on top.

We booked a double room for two adults, but when we returned at midnight on our second night after a very long workday, the receptionist was aggressive and made us a bit scared. He complained that having two guests in one room wasn’t allowed. Only when we showed him the original booking confirmation did he agree that we were right. It was a very bad experience, and we’d never go back.

After a long road trip, we stopped over in Turnhout. The owners were lovely and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, and the atmosphere is relaxed.
