I stopped at this castle hotel while driving across mainland Europe, and its style and look are absolutely beautiful. The owners are charming, lovely, patient, and exemplary in their service and gentleness. It’s easy to find, with a lovely riverside walk within walking distance and the centre a short drive away, or a slightly longer walk. The atmosphere is wonderfully uplifting. Highly recommended!

The friendliness and hospitality were five-star. Breakfast was a nice European spread with fruit and dairy, though the rooms were just okay and the bed could be better. The room, bathroom, and TV corner layout felt a bit odd, though we assume the old house limits what can be changed. Based on Asian hotel experience, I’d call it a 2-3 star hotel with five-star friendliness. Within Europe, it feels like four stars, with five-star hospitality.

Our kids said it felt like staying in a palace. This B&B residence is full of history, with comfortable, well-equipped rooms. We had a fantastic breakfast and wonderful hosts in a beautiful little village. An amazing place to stay.

I slept like a log, better than I have in months! The hosts were extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Every morning, we looked forward to local bread and yoghurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, and fresh coffee. We had an amazing stay.

I first came here for business, and now I’m already looking forward to bringing my family for a summer getaway. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with a separate large bedroom, comfortable living room, and well-appointed bathroom. Staff were outstandingly helpful and went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast each morning was delightful. This hotel is a gem, and I highly recommend it.
