The receptionist was lovely and really tried to sort out anything we raised. We had booked two rooms: one was okay, but the other had mould on the ceiling. They offered us another room, which we took, though its towels were very dirty. Breakfast was passable, but pricey for what you get, and finding the car park was difficult because there were no signs and the sat nav sent us to the wrong place. It was fine for one night, as long as you don't expect anything amazing.

The neighborhood was quiet, with restaurants, a laundry, and a grocery store nearby. It's outside the city, but getting in is easy. The staff were great, and our room was clean, though it was starting to show its age.

We paid €108 for one night, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. The carpet, which should have been green, was covered in black spots, and the bathroom was filthy, with mould in the tub and on the shower curtain. There was a brown mark on the toilet that looked like poop, and I had to clean it myself. The walls were dirty and damaged, with a big crack in ours. The smell hit us as soon as we walked in. This place badly needs renovating, and the staff need to focus on cleaning instead of being on their phones in the bedrooms. Never again.

We stayed for Horst festival, and being right by the station made the location great. The hotel does what you need, with a peaceful outdoor area, and you get what you pay for in the rooms. The cleaners work hard and are helpful when you ask them. Staff are always around if you need help. I'd recommend it.
