The hotel is modern, and our room was spacious with a great shower. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options. We also ate dinner there on Friday: it was okay, but the menu was limited and very expensive. I had the steak, which was good. Everyone on staff was pleasant and helpful, and they gave us the directions we needed for the tram, including which one to take. We came as a family of four, Friday to Sunday, on our first trip to Belgium to see the Christmas Market at Grand place. The market is about 40 minutes away, with a tram station roughly a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The Churchill 10 tram goes straight to Grand place, so there's no need to change, and a ticket costs only a few euros. I'd recommend this hotel.

Clean, modern rooms and a quiet night's sleep were important to us, along with a good breakfast, and this hotel delivered on all three. We travel 6-8 times a year as a family of four, and this is one of the best places we've visited. The hotel is very modern, the reception team are friendly and helpful, and they speak good English. Breakfast was amazing, with everything fresh. There's free parking, and you can refill water on every floor, including sparkling water. We really enjoyed our stay and want to thank the guy at reception who helped us so much. Highly recommend.

The bar staff were super friendly, and the lady at reception with straight black hair was especially kind and helpful. I think she was the reception supervisor, if I'm remembering right. This is an excellent futuristic hotel, with robots delivering room service orders and a 2030 home of the future to visit on the top floor.

We stopped for one night on the way back to the UK. The room was very comfortable and well appointed, and the food we had in the bar area was excellent. All the staff we spoke with were polite and friendly.

The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Our room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the gluten-free bread, a thoughtful and rare option for someone with celiac disease. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and stylish. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay. I'm looking forward to coming back :)
