Evy made us feel so welcome at this clean, spacious, well-equipped place. It’s a working farm, and the kids got to see the animals and had plenty to play with, including swings, a trampoline, and bikes. We had to drag them away to go see the surrounding sites!

A week still isn’t long enough here. This was our third stay in the farm cottage, and we’re still loving it. The house has everything for a really relaxing break, and the kids were delighted by the dogs and other animals, go-karts, trampoline, ping-pong table, and more. The farm shop products are delicious, and as always, we got a very warm welcome. 😀

We arrived late in the season, so there wasn’t much activity and we were the only ones renting a tent. The owners also had some private things to take care of at the start of the school year, so we may have missed out on some of what’s usually on offer. We’d been looking forward to the farm shop, especially the fresh ice cream and meat, but it wasn’t open for us. There were hundreds of mosquitoes in our tent, so bring something to protect yourself. The family stepped in to help, and the problem was sorted out the next day. They were incredibly helpful, and the stay itself was very relaxing. I’d suggest booking in peak season, when there’s more going on. There are several breweries nearby. We recommend Watou, and stopping for something to eat at Bar Bernard.

Waking up beside a meadow with cows and alpacas next to the tent was a treat. The tents are beautifully furnished, and the hostess is super friendly. We loved the farm tour and the gourmet meal you can order. There’s lots of play equipment for kids on the farm, and plenty to do nearby for adults and children alike.
