We spent two nights at the Ibis Waterloo and were really impressed by how kind and helpful the reception team was, especially Adrien, who took great care of us. We’d definitely stay again.

I stayed at the Ibis Waterloo for over a month with my children and our little pug while we waited for our new home. It came to feel like a second home, with a warm, family-like atmosphere alongside a professional feel. The staff were consistently caring, attentive, and available, and made everyday life easy and pleasant. Our rooms were quiet, comfortable, and spotless. I’m grateful to the whole team for the kindness and smiles. They made this transition period feel gentle and positive.

There’s good free parking, and a bus stop three minutes away for buses into Brussels. We’ve stayed here many times. The centre, with its bars and restaurants, is a 15-minute walk, but I’m disabled and can’t manage that distance. There isn’t a safe place to leave my mobility scooter, so I stay at the hotel. Food choices are limited since the restaurant closed a few years ago.

The front desk team was so kind and helpful. When Uber and Bolt weren’t working well, they helped me get a taxi, which I really appreciated.
