We loved our two-night stay about a week ago. It's an easy walk to the Last Post ceremony, In Flanders Field Museum, and other sights, and convenient for biking or driving to cemeteries and memorials. The location is central but quiet. The owner is super friendly, informative, and funny. I only met her husband and son briefly. Our room was a nice size, light and airy, with comfortable beds and BBC options on the TV. There's free parking about a 3 minute walk away, and the owner will direct you. Tea, coffee, and fruit are available on the landing around the clock, where breakfast is served. The breakfast was huge, with all the usual continental choices and eggs if you want them. A perfect place to stay around Ypres.

Sophie greeted us with a warm “Make yourself at home.” Our room had everything we wanted, and right outside the door was a huge breakfast with plenty for everyone and lots of choice. The B&B is on a quiet street, close to the Cloth Hall, with free parking nearby. An absolute gem in Ypres, and Sophie is wonderful.

The property is spotless, the beds are really comfortable, and breakfast is big enough to keep you going while you explore this charming, historically rich town. Sophie is a treasure as a host, treating every guest like a lifelong friend. She greeted us warmly at the door and shared tips on places to eat and things to see.

Sofie is a lovely, welcoming host and serves a great breakfast every morning. The room was clean and the beds were good. It's an excellent B&B near the centre of Ypres, and a great base for seeing the town and the many historic sites in and around it. Recommended!

We were very happy with our first stay at Cocoon B&B and would definitely choose it again next time we visit Ypres. We often stay in town and love it, and this was an overnight stop on our drive back to the shuttle after touring Europe. The owner greeted us at the door, and check-in and getting to our room were quick. The room was very nice, well equipped, and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast in the small landing area was a clever use of space, with plenty of choice, including bacon and eggs. It was excellent, faultless. The property is a short walk from the centre, Menin gate, Cloth Hall, and the Cathedral.
