There are even cute animals in the field next door, and you can lock your bikes safely inside overnight. The large bedroom and shower were great. Breakfast was plentiful and wonderful in the shared area, with tea and coffee available anytime, plus local information from a very helpful host. I'd definitely recommend it and come back.

I stayed one night because it was close to my workplace, and it was really pleasant. The owner was very nice to me, and breakfast was generous. I'll definitely return when I need to.

The owners were generous and helped us find lots of attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we liked little touches such as the animals outside the windows. It's a very good B&B for anyone who wants to stay outside the city while still being close. I'd recommend it. Mikael Haraldsson, Sweden

Katja met us when we arrived and took care of everything, including giving us excellent advice on where to find free parking for a visit to Ieper. The B&B is a beautiful little place just outside town, run by a couple with children. After parking, we went into Ieper for the museums and the Last Post Ceremony. The evening ceremony at 8:00pm is moving, a reminder of the thousands of United Kingdom troops, including more than 6000 Canadians, who died in the battles around Ieper. Arrive by 7:15 at the latest for a good view. Back at the B&B, we found a very spacious, comfortable room. Breakfast the next morning had plenty of choice, including fresh pastries and fruit, and Katja cooked lovely farm fresh eggs. My wife and I both wished we could stay longer, and we intend to return for a longer visit soon.
