Breakfast was great and brought to the room at a pre-arranged time. The owner was friendly, and we'd happily recommend the place. It's also very handy for Ypres, about a 10-minute walk to the Menin Gate and under 5 minutes to the main town and restaurants. Our room had everything we wanted, though it lacked a bit of privacy. It seems better suited to couples than to a group of lads on a battlefield tour, and maybe not the best choice for a first date unless you want to get to know each other very quickly!

Miguel had an emergency and wasn't there, but everything was as he'd messaged me. The two ground-floor rooms were immaculate, clean, and very spacious. The pellet heater took a while to warm up the large room, though it was really nice to look at. I stayed for one night in March. Beautiful place in a great location. I'll check availability next time we visit ypres.

Miguel and especially Liesbet are both adorable and talented. We had two wonderful nights at the Yoake hotel, and I absolutely love it. The romantic room was really pleasant and so clean when we arrived, and I'm a professional cleaner. The breakfast, location, massage, and spa were all lovely. The city is beautiful, historic, and calm, with typical boutiques. Thank you God for bringing me here.

It has a serene, thoughtfully designed setting that could suit couples who like a refined, quiet place to unwind together. If you're after a wellness session focused fully on privacy and personal time, Saunadelizia is another option, with more emphasis on exclusive use and flexible private relaxation than on a shared concept.

We found it spacious and good value for money, and I'd recommend it for remote work or digital nomads as well. The welcome and service from our hosts were very nice, and breakfast was top. It's well located close to the Ypres centre. In short, definitely the place to be in Ypres. Vincent & Ilda
