The upstairs bedrooms were musty, dusty, and dirty. You can only reach them by an outside staircase, and while there is a toilet and sink up there, there's no bathroom or shower. The drains were blocked, hot water was scarce, and the sanitary facilities were poorly maintained and inadequate for a group. We had rented the "villa" for 8 adults and 6 children and stayed in the annex, which apparently has no photos online, for good reason. It was far too small for our group, hadn't been cleaned, and the owners or people in charge didn't keep track of agreements well.

There are lots of bedrooms and Wi-Fi throughout the house. We enjoyed having a spacious kitchen for cooking, plus a pellet stove in the living room. The house itself is beautiful, large, and comfortable, with a big garden and plenty of places to sit. Inside, there are lots of tables and two seating areas too.

The house is very quiet and has lots of space, with two floors and three bathrooms. It's a beautiful place, and getting to the center of Zottegem takes just a few minutes on foot. Pure luxury.

The accommodation was lovely, with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay, and there was plenty of room for playing on the large terrace.

It's in a quiet, green area near the center of Zottegem, and the accommodation was well maintained and well equipped.
