Customer service was good, though the front office could use some improvement with English.

The rooms could use brighter lights or extra lamps. It was hard to read, work, or get ready with the dim lighting, even though the ambiance was pleasant. Aside from that, I had a very positive experience and would recommend the hotel to travelers visiting Ouagadougou. It's right in the heart of the city, and I was particularly impressed by the facilities, restaurant, bar, staff, and rooms.

I really enjoyed relaxing here and had peace of mind. The swimming pool was one of the things I liked, and the surroundings looked so pretty at night with those lovely luxury lights, like Yankee I dey. They change the birdshuit every 12 hours. I'll come back when I'm on vacation. Visit this place and you'll see how nice it is.

The location was great, but the rooms need a refresh. My air conditioning didn't work, and they couldn't fix it or move me to a different room.

The room was clean, but very basic and depressing, and the place was overpriced. The restaurant didn't serve any food, and the breakfast was so bad I stopped going and just ate groceries I'd bought at the supermarket. There are many better places to stay in Ouaga.
