Family Hotel Provence

Finding them open in March was especially nice. We’ve been visiting Provence every year since it opened, whenever we come to beautiful Bulgaria, and the welcome is always friendly and helpful. The homemade food is fresh, delicious, fairly priced, and served in good portions. Staff are attentive without rushing you, so you can enjoy the meal at your own pace. Thank you so much! X x

The fish I ordered didn’t look like the picture, and some things seemed to be missing. We waited 30 minutes for the bill. The waitress didn’t check on us or come to clear the ashtray, and the service was very slow and impolite. For a better meal and service, El Mar is across the road.

The kids’ room is the best part of the place. It’s large and fully set up for birthday parties, or just to let children have fun while you enjoy lunch or dinner. The staff work very hard, and there’s a good menu with delicious food. This was our second year visiting, and we celebrated our daughter’s birthday there while on holiday in Sveti Vlas.

The top-floor views are spectacular, and the rooms are spacious and really comfortable. The staff are highly professional. It’s close to restaurants, the beach, and shops, but still has a peaceful, relaxing feel. I stayed for two weeks last August and can highly recommend the place. Worth every penny 👍
