We had a lovely family stay and would come back. The rooms were tidy and clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and there was plenty of choice at meals. The nearby amenities were convenient too. Thanks!

The grounds were lovely and well kept, and the food was both varied and good quality. We had a wonderful family holiday. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were polite.

The beach and sea are behind a fence topped with barbed wire, and Marina Cape as a whole feels like an urban fortress. Fara Hotel is just one block in the complex, positioned so you can’t see the sea. It’s also isolated, surrounded by a wall and close to a rocky cliff. The location shown on maps appears misleading, since it doesn’t show where the hotel actually is or what surrounds it. I booked and paid in advance for four days in a sea-view apartment, but the view was of the building in front. The only sea views seemed to be from the terraces and shared areas. Maybe it works for corporate events, but it wasn’t a holiday spot for a couple. I canceled the booking because I didn’t think it was fair to advertise it as a sea view. They said they would refund me, but never did. In fact, Fara Hotel is a residence, not a hotel. They sell what they don’t have. Very disappointing.

Marina Cape has lovely gardens, pools, and restaurants, so there’s plenty for a relaxing vacation. The rooms have been recently renovated and were extremely comfortable and clean.
