The balcony was nice, and that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars. From outside the place looks great, and the outdoor kitchen is fine, though too small for a guesthouse where so many visitors are families with kids. Our room seemed poorly looked after: the wall-to-wall carpet was almost entirely marked with dark stains, and there was black mold in the bathroom. Staff were impolite and told us to leave if we had complaints.

We’ve stayed there before and return now and then. It’s a nice place to unwind, with clean rooms, air conditioning, big bathrooms, balconies, and lots of parking. The internet is good and strong. The center is 200 meters away, along with restaurants and shops. The owner is easy-going and will arrange transport if you need it. The beach is around 1-1.5 km away, and rides to Nessebar and Sunny Beach are available too. The airport is about 30 minutes away.
