The location worked really well for us: the beach and a shop were about a five minute walk away, and the center took around ten minutes. In September we were practically the only guests, and nights were absolutely quiet. The newer apartment building is well kept, with a garden, barbecue and seating area, large pool with sunbeds, games room, sauna, fitness center, and elevator. Everything was clean. Our spacious apartment had a terrace, washing machine, air conditioning, and a kitchen stocked with what we needed. Room cleaning came every third day, and toiletries were changed. The reception was open from 8:00 a.m. to about 5:00 p.m., and parking was inside the fenced area. The beds were a little uncomfortable, though nothing terrible, and the pool was a bit cold, so the tub was really just for cooling off. A small bar for coffee or beer would be great. Still, we had a great vacation.

The beach is right outside, and there's a nice pool within the apartments. It was a lovely, clean place with friendly people.

This house is in Varvara, Bulgaria, not Ahtopol. I'm not sure why Google uploaded my photos to this Ahtopol address.
