My wife and I spent a week at the Malibu Hotel and would gladly return to Albena. The whole tourist complex felt clean, safe, and quiet at night, with lots of shops, stalls, and amenities nearby. The beach had lovely sand, no pebbles, and very few shells, and the sea was warm with lifeguards on duty. The hotel was clean, room service was regular, and everyone on staff was polite and helpful. Maria stood out: she spoke excellent English, was courteous and kind, and always had a smile. Meals were varied and tasty.

The rooms aren't fancy, but ours was clean, with fresh bedding. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh, varied, and well prepared. We had no health problems. Thank you!

The sea is close by, and the hotel is clean, with helpful, smiling staff. The pool is a decent size and clean. We liked our stay enough to choose this hotel for a second time. The rooms are old but clean, with comfortable, sturdy beds, though the air conditioner is always leaking and the shower is mediocre at best. Food is great apart from the dessert selection. Coffee and drinks are poor quality and could be better.

The room was comfortable, clean, and tidied every day. We had fresh, amazing food, and the management and crew were kind and very helpful. Hotel Malibu was a great choice for my family this year. I can recommend the services, and we'll return. Thank you.

The place was generally good, but the food and some staff were awful. I think the chicken had gone bad, and the food wasn't cooked well. The receptionist and bartender both lacked communication skills. The animators and the lifeguard were the only welcoming people.
