Dvata Brjasta Family Hotel

We had a great family party at Hotel Chiflika, and the team did a lovely job hosting us. The supervisor and staff were friendly, attentive, and helped with everything we asked for. Our family really enjoyed the stay. The studios are spacious, the boutique restaurant serves super tasty food, and the pool is clean and relaxing.

The view from the restaurant is incredible, and I liked the food too. It was hard to tell who worked there and who was a customer, though, since the staff didn't wear uniforms.

The building is pretty and has a pool and a nice restaurant, but rude staff ruined the experience for us. We had booked four rooms a few days ahead for a business trip and called on arrival day to ask about the restaurant hours. We were told the kitchen worked until 11:30 PM and the restaurant stayed open until the last customer. We arrived at 11 PM, but nobody was at reception. The young man who came to meet us didn't know how the rooms were assigned, even though my colleague had already given them the guests' names and room allocations. Right after greeting us, he said the restaurant closed at midnight, in a very rude tone. He was also the server. At 11:10 PM, as we were about to order, he again warned us that if we weren't gone by midnight, he'd have to call security or even the police. That's no way to treat guests. The hotel itself wasn't awful, but it wasn't good either. The rooms were more or less clean, while my bathroom wasn't. Orange soap had run down the shower wall from the dispenser. There were no slippers or other usual hotel items, and the minibar was empty. We couldn't find the Wi-Fi password or even a phone number to call for it. The building and facilities were nice, but the workers' rudeness spoiled it.

We couldn't sleep because the main street is close and you can hear all kinds of engines. The sink was clogged, and breakfast wasn't really breakfast, just eggs. On Saturday, a big party in the restaurant played loud music until 1:00 AM. I wouldn't recommend staying here, even for one night.
