Helios Hotel's service stood out during my visit. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, and the location made it easy to reach nearby amenities and attractions. There are several on-site restaurants, with a nice range of food and good quality. A few things could be better: the pool was cold, breakfast felt limited for a stay of several days, and the Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable in parts of the hotel. The dining and service make it a solid choice, and some improvements could make the stay better still.

We chose this hotel for our wedding, and it turned into one of the best vacations of my life. The views are even better than the food, which was great, and the cook is really talented. Housekeeping was quick and thorough, and the owners were so accommodating. The staff are super friendly too. I’ll definitely be back. ❤️

We rented a car at the airport, which made getting around much easier. Taxis would have been quite costly. The family room had two bedrooms and enough space for four, and the air conditioning worked well. There’s a nice pool as well as the option to swim in the ocean. The grounds were clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly. A solid Bulgarian three-star hotel. The restaurant was basic but good, and breakfast was good every day.

The one thing that needs attention is the pool access. I was there with my 70-year-old mother, and the stairs were impossible for her to use; an easier way in would have helped. Aside from that, we had an amazing week. The room was clean and nice, with big beds, AC, and a pleasant balcony overlooking the sea. We also liked the restaurant, where the food was good and inexpensive, and the waiters were lovely and very professional.
