The hotel is really well located. The rooms look a bit old-fashioned, but they’re clean and the beds are reasonably comfortable. The air conditioning works well, which is a big plus in the front-facing rooms that get sun almost all day.

The hotel’s furniture and design are incredible, and we had a great stay. The welcome in the parking area and the goodbye at reception were both warm. The staff, especially the Front Office ladies, were smiling and very helpful, and made me feel at home. The breakfast could be improved for a 4* property. There wasn’t much variety or diversity, and it wasn’t very good. The mattress in our room was old and extremely uncomfortable, so I woke up with neck and back pain every day. We still had a great time, and I think the hotel could be an even better place if those things were improved. Thank you!

The room was quiet despite the esplanade outside and all the foot traffic, and it had good insulation, large windows, a bottle of water, and good curtains. It was also spacious, with an excellent location and view. Breakfast was okay, and having it on the esplanade was nice. The beach is close by. There were a few issues. Parking cost 14 Lev a day and cash was the only option. We had no hot water from 17:00 to 22:00. When I asked, the receptionist apologized and suggested trying later, saying a lot of guests might be using water at once. That’s strange for a 4* hotel. The bed was hard, basically a mattress on a plank. I found hairs in the bathroom, on the floor, and by the sink. The coffee could have been better too.

The balcony looked straight out to the sea, and the location was very good. The staff were pleasant, and the hotel was clean and quiet at night. Our room had an old-fashioned look but a very comfortable bed. You can have breakfast or eat later in the day on the restaurant terrace. There’s also a very large, secure car park behind the hotel.
