White Lagoon All Inclusive

I’ve been a loyal guest since 2021 and had seen improvements every year until my latest stay in 2025. I understand all-inclusive hotels handle a high flow of tourists, but quality and attention to detail still matter, especially for returning guests. There were several problems. Plates and cutlery often still had food on them, and the public bathrooms were consistently dirty and unpleasant smelling, so I preferred using the bathroom in my room. Some seasonal staff weren’t consistently polite or professional, which affected the guest experience. At the upper-floor pool, loose boards created a dangerous situation for children, and I personally tripped several times. I sincerely hope the team refocuses on the high-quality service that has brought me back each year. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to seeing improvements.

We went in July 2025 and never had trouble finding space by the pools, even when the restaurant looked packed. There was no morning scramble for sunbeds, either. The Black Sea was the downside for us: it looked very brown and was full of seaweed, so swimming there didn’t appeal. Thankfully, the hotel has three large pools with pleasant water. I’d recommend it for families with children up to 12.

We’ve been coming as a couple every year since 2020 and, for us, it’s worth the top rating. There are 12 pools, including two infinity pools, and the beach has improved each year. It used to be rocky a few years ago. Our studios have always been large and had sea views. We also like the tasty food, good-quality drinks at the five bars, clean rooms, and kind staff. Parking is free and feels safe, with an underground option too.

Hello, I’m hoping someone can answer a few questions since I haven’t had a reply by email. How large are the bunk beds, both width and length, in the one- and two-bedroom apartments, and would an adult fit comfortably? Also, in the two-bedroom apartment, can the two twin beds in one bedroom be pushed together to make a double? Thank you!
