The staff are friendly and helpful, and the complex stays fully operational throughout the year, unlike many buildings around town. There’s a community of expats, nomads, and locals, with plenty of social activities like game nights, dance classes, and dinners. A very nice, affordable place to stay. Highly recommended.

The pool and the view were lovely, and the coworking setup was great, with two different spaces, one quiet and one more relaxed, plus two call booths. I spent the whole summer there, three months in all, and switched rooms twice because of availability. Both stays were amazing. It was one of the most fully equipped homes I’ve stayed in, the staff were nice, and I’ve never found a coworking space this complete for such a low price. Recommended.

The accommodation is super cheap for the quality of the apartment and coworking space. I’ve been living here for a couple of weeks, and it suits me well for a quiet atmosphere and working or studying remotely on a computer. I liked the location too. It’s a bit of a walk to the city center, and nature is very close.

The bathroom smelled of sewage, the bedroom floor was splintered, and the windows and doors weren’t insulated properly. There was dust and rug hair everywhere from day one, which made it hard to eat in the apartment, and I had to ask for basic kitchen utensils. The electricity bill kept going up each month even as summer approached and I wasn’t using a heater. The readings on the paper at reception didn’t seem to add up, so I asked to see the official company bill. The owner said the meter might be faulty, but showed no sign of fixing it. When I said I wouldn’t renew for the next month, she got angry. I’ve never had an experience like this and don’t recommend it.
